Believers Community Outreach Center
"Changing Lives One Person At A Time"
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to uplift and empower communities through impactful youth mentoring and our community food pantry services that address immediate food insecurity needs. We are equally committed to promoting school readiness for low-income families by fostering lifelong success through high-quality early childhood education, which nurtures their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
ABOUT US
Believers Community Outreach Center (BCOC) was founded to empower inner-city youth in Pontiac, MI. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, BCOC is committed to equipping and inspiring the next generation through life skills development, mentorship, early childhood education, and access to essential community resources.

In addition to youth mentoring, BCOC operates a community food pantry that helps meet the basic needs of children and families facing food insecurity. We believe that addressing both educational and practical needs lays the foundation for lasting change and stronger communities.

Our early childhood program prepares young children from low-income families for school success by fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development in a safe and nurturing environment. Our youth services aim to foster self-esteem, self-awareness, and confidence while promoting responsible behavior and enhancing college and career readiness.

BCOC is committed to developing dynamic leaders, compassionate public servants, and inspired innovators who are mentored by a dedicated team of accomplished professionals.

Our mission is fueled by the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations that believe in our mission and support our efforts to make a difference. All donations to Believers Community Outreach are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
